The landscape scope carries the infrastructure beneath it. Electrical distribution, fire hydrant networks and irrigation mains all run under the finished surfaces, which means the landscape programme sets the pace for several other trades rather than following them. Survey control, as-built records and document discipline matter as much as planting on a site of this size.
The roles held on this project are the full set rather than a supplied crew: deputy project manager, senior irrigation engineer, senior land surveyor and document controller, all in- house.
