Landscape at this density is not a finishing trade. It sits on structural slabs, over basements and services, between towers that are all under construction at the same time. Levels, drainage and planting depths have to be resolved against a structure that was designed before the landscape was, and every crane movement on the site competes for the same ground.
The work ran from 2012 to 2016 across four separate packages on one live district.
