EVENT LANDSCAPE

(Key features)

When Jeddah agreed to host a street circuit, the race date was fixed long before the ground was cleared. Our team delivered 1,700 linear metres of hardscape and landscape along the circuit: granite paving, lighting, water features, fountains and planted areas, complete and presentable inside forty-six days.

Nothing about the programme was negotiable. A race date cannot move, and an unfinished promenade is visible on television in every country that carries the broadcast. The work was sequenced so that paving, electrical and irrigation ran in parallel rather than one behind the other, with granite cut and staged ahead of the critical path.

The project is not here for design ambition. It is here because it shows the specification held under a programme that punishes every delay.
